Carol Fox (Australia)
Develop A Champion Mindset
In her own words, “My job is to support people and guide them to find the tools so they can be, do and have what they want.”
Carol is a Performance Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author. She holds the following qualifications Bachelor Applied Science, Graduate Diploma – Education, Masters Degree, an NLP Master Practitioner and a Master Hypnotherapist.
She is an internationally recognized speaker, author and personal coach. As a training facilitator she is an expert at helping people find their inner champion.
As one of Australia’s first professional female lifeguards, a national level swimmer and water polo player, Carol experienced the mindset of champions firsthand. Her years as a teacher and university lecturer confirmed her belief that champions are simply people who’ve found their life’s purpose and who live that purpose with a clear focus.
Now Carol supports elite athletes and sporting teams, business leaders, progressive corporate teams and individual clients. She allows them to find their own answers and also provides powerful tools that enhance motivation, productivity, communication, and overall happiness in their lives.
In Carol’s words, “My job is to support people and guide them to find the tools to get out of their own way so they can be, do and have what they want.”
Carol teaches acceptance and understanding of ourselves and others; not only does that help us achieve the success we want, but it also makes the world a much nicer place to live in.
Carol provides us with some vivid insights into the office mix and a “real” explanation as to so many of them have an under-current of unrest in them. She also reveals to us what many already know – the inadequacy of line managers and their failure to see that they at fault for the levels of progress that their staff achieve.
Carol has so much more to offer and we will bring you more of Carol in the future as her schedule permits.
It took some time for Carol and I to realize that we knew each other from our days in the Surf Life Saving movement here in Victoria, Australia. She had matured since I last saw her and so when we caught up I could only remember a teenager who was now a successful motivator and coach.
I want to thank Carol and her husband Mark (you will hear more about Mark soon) for all the support and encouragement that they have given to the Gr8Life project and making the world a better place.
