Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for or delivered. Under these circumstances, Gr8 Life Company Pty Ltd will provide instructions of how to return the goods in an appropriate manner. Orders placed with Wheel of Life International will be delivered from receipt of payment within 10 to 14 working days (depending on demand) in all capital cities and most regional centres. Other areas and very remote locations may take longer. We have flat rates for delivery on single items being $1. Orders for multiple copies or registered mail will incur higher rates and this will be advised pre-checkout. Delivery is via Australia Post. Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense.
